Abstract光学相干层析成像(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)是生物医学光学领域一种重要的成像技术,它通过探测样品的背向散射光来获取样品不同深度的结构信息,具有高分辨率、非侵入性、可在体成像等特点。为了获得超高分辨率,OCT系统往往会使用宽光谱带宽的光源,但宽光谱带宽光源发出的光在光学元件、光纤、样品的传输过程中会引起样品臂与参考臂色散失配,导致相干包络的展宽和畸变,降低系统的
