高功率脉冲氙灯灯管热损伤机理探讨

Abstract通过在高功率脉冲氙灯外管壁固定金属丝的方式,模拟氙灯实际工作环境中的金属反射器建立了实验装置,实验装置采用双灯串联。实验结果显示主预延时为150μs比延时为250μs的放电过程,热损伤要严重的多,原因是前者放电时等离子体的温度更高。金属丝接地的脉冲氙灯也比金属丝悬浮的脉冲氙灯热损伤严重的多,原因是等离子体放电沟道受到金属丝的影响而发生了分叉和偏移。研究表明,脉冲氙灯灯管的热损伤本质上是氙灯管壁部位"接触"到的放电等离子体温度过高。可通过改进灯箱结构和优化主预放电延迟时间等方式,降低管壁材料接触到的放电等离
