Abstract计算全息(CGH)法是一种高精度非球面检测方法,采用计算全息板生成待测非球面的补偿波面,实现零位检测。然而,CGH板制作成本高,检测元件不具有通用性,使得这种方法的检测成本很高。空间光调制器(SLM)可以在随时间变化的电驱动信号或者其他信号的控制下,改变空间上光分布的振幅、相位、偏振态等信息,是CGH板的可替代产品。
