Abstract惯性约束核聚变(ICF)激光驱动装置向更高光束质量和更高输出功率发展的目标,牵引着光学元器件迈向更高的性能。瞄准我国神光系列激光装置建设、运行和性能提升的目标,研究人员针对不同类型的光学元器件进行了系列共性关键技术突破和持久攻关,突破了绝大部分光学元器件全流程工艺定型所需的关键技术与工艺,显著提升了光学元器件的研发和生产能力。本文综述了我国近年来在ICF激光装置用光学元器件,包括原材料、四大主材、光学元器件以及检测平台建设等方面的重要研究进展。
