Abstract由于横向抽运的DPSSL输出光束在两个垂直方向上有不同的发散角,把一对平行放置的柱透镜置于谐振腔内,形成一种可以改善激光器输出光束质量的新型谐振腔。利用ABCD传输矩阵理论及等效G参数法计算了稳腔范围。从实验上测得横向上光束质量为M_x~2=1.231.而对于简单的平凹腔M_x~2=2.672,大大改善了DPSSL在横向上的光束质量因子。

Other AbstractA novel resonator with two parallel cylindrical lenses is reported to improve the beam quality factor. Thestable cavity condition is obtained by ABCD law and equivalent G parameter method. Experimental results show thatthe beam quality factor in the horizontal direction M-x~2 = 1. 231. it is less than half of the M-x~2 =2. 672 obtained fromthe regular stable cavity.
