Abstract制备了Er~(3+)单掺和Er~(3+)/yb~(3+)共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃。测量了Er~(3+)在玻璃中的吸收光谱和970 nm LD激发下的荧光光谱和荧光寿命.计算了Er~(3+)离子1.5 mum波段的吸收和发射截面.研究了其荧光强度和发射带宽与掺 yb~(3+)浓度问的关系。结果表明.共掺YB~(3+)可明显提高Er~(3+)离子1.5 mum荧光发射强度.并有利于提高其发射带宽。实验所得最佳掺yb~(3+)离子浓度为3.66*10~(20)ions/cm~3.Er~(3+)离子1.5 mum发射最大

Other AbstractThe Er3+-doped and Er3+/Yb3+-codoped tungsten-tellurite glasses were prepared. The absorption spectra. 1. 5 fim emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime of Er3+ excited at 970 nm. were measured. The absorption and emission cross-sections were calculated. The dependence of Yb't+ concentration upon 1. 5 f/m emission intensity and bandwidth of Er3+ were investigated. Yb3+ -codoping can improve the 1. 5 fim emission intensity of Er3+ effectively and increase its FWHM. The optimum Yb3+ concentration was 3. 66 * 1020 ions/cm3 and a broad 1. 5 mum emission spectrum of 81nm FWHM was demonstrated.
