Abstract研究了以VOSO4为前驱体,应用液相沉淀法制取VO2纳米粉的制粉技术以及VO2粉末的晶化过程,采用TGA,DSC,XRD,TEM等测试手段对所得粉的物理特性进行了测试分析。试验结果表明:所制取的VO2粉末颗粒粒径介于10nm~30nm之间,该粉体经400℃真空热处理10h可完全实现晶化,相变温度为65℃。

Other AbstractThe crystallization process was studied for the VO2 nanometer powders prepared by a liquid phase hydrolysis method with VOSO4 as precursor, and the physical properties of the prepared powders were tested by means of TGA, DSC, XRD and TEM in this paper. The results show that the VO2 particle size was from 10 nm to 30 nm, the powders were completely crystallized after a vacuum heat treatment at 400degreesC for 10 h, and phase-transited at 65degreesC.
