温度梯度法生长氟化钙晶体

Abstract用温度梯度法成功生长了直径75nm、完整、透明的氟化钙晶体,对晶体进行了TG-DTA测试分析,确定了其熔点为1413.5℃,并测试了晶体从190nm的此外波段到4000nm的红外波段的透过率,发现从中此外波段到红外波段氟化钙晶体的透过率已经能满足各种应用的要求,但在远此外波段和真空紫外波段(2456nm以下)氟化钙晶体的透过率需要进一步提高。

Other AbstractTransparent and integrate calcium fluoride crystals, 75mm in diameter, were grown by temperature gradient technique (TGT). The melting point 1413. 5T1 of the CaF2 crystal is confirmed by means of TG-DTA. Meanwhile we tested the transmittance of the crystal from ultraviolet band to infrared band(190nm-40000nm) . It is found that the transmittance of the crystal from mid ultraviolet band to IR band can meet the demands of all kinds of applications, and the transmittance at the far ultraviolet and VUV band should be further improved.
