Abstract首次采用温度梯度法(TGT)成功生长了直径为76mm高光学质量的Ce:YAG高温闪烁晶体,采用ICP-AES测试了Ce离子在Ce:YAG晶体中的分凝系数约为0.082。在室温下,测试了原生态Ce:YAG晶体的吸收光谱和X射线激发发射光谱(XEL)。吸收光谱显示了Ce~(3+)离子的3个特征吸收带,对应的中心波长分别为223nm,340nm及460nm;XML发射谱表明Ce:YAG的发射峰为550nm,能与硅光二极管有效地耦合。

Other AbstractThe high quality Ce: YAG scintillation crystal with the diameter of 76mm was grown by temperature gradient technology (TGT). The distribution coefficient of cerium ions in TGT-Ce: YAG crystal was determined of 0.082 by the ICP-AES method. The absorption spectrum and the X-ray excited luminescence (XEL) of as-grown Ce: YAG crystal were measured at room temperature. There are three typical absorption bands centered at 223nm, 340nm and 460nm in the absorption spectra, and the emission peak centered at 550nm in XEL spectra, which is well coupled with that of silicon photodiodes.
