Abstract应用温梯法生长出直径为76nⅡn的Yb:YAG晶体。运用IcP.AES测定了Yb3'离子在Yb:YAG晶体中的分凝系数约为1.1。室温下,测定了晶体在190-1200m之间的吸收光谱,发现了吸收峰中未知的色心吸收,色心的形成机制有待于进一步研究。

Other AbstractThe high optical quality'Yb: YAG boules,76mm in diameter, were grown by temperature gradient technique (TGT) .The segregation coefficient of Yb~(3+) ions in TGT-grown Yb: YAG crystals determined by ICP-AES method is equal to 1.1. The absorption spectra from the range of 190-1200nm of TGT-grown Yb: YAG crystals are also measured at the room temperature, and the unknown color centers are found in the absorption spectra. The formation mechanism of those color centers is expected to further study
