Abstract利用雪崩管堆驱动LiNbO_3电光偏转器对激光脉冲进行快速偏转,实现幅度稳定的纳秒整形激光脉冲;激光脉冲振幅不稳定度从振荡器输出的单纵模调Q激光脉冲的10%(RMS)降低到4%(RMS),大大改进了纳秒量级整形激光脉冲幅度稳定性。

Other AbstractLaser pulse is quickly deflected by LiNbO_3 electro-optics deflector which is driven by avalanche transistor pile, thus a stable laser pulse output ( the pulse width is ns in scale) is gained, the instability of which is decreased from 10%(RMS) to 4%(RMS)compared with the single-longitudinal-mode Q-switched laser pulse output of the oscillator. It indicates that the amplitude stability of shaping laser pulse is improved greatly.
