Abstract建立了散斑光强自相关函数测量系统。系统采用门积分技术和自动数据采集技术,有效地抑制了光电噪声,提高了测量信号的信噪比;测量系统的运行过程全部由计算机控制,16位A/D转换使系统对光电信号的分辨率达到65536个灰度等级,提高了光强数字处理的动态范围;通过这些技术和方法的采用,使散斑光强自相关函数的测量方便快捷,精度明显提高。

Other Abstractmeasurement system for the autocorrelation function of the speckles intensities was developed. The techniques of the gated integration and automatic data acquisition were adopted in this system. Then the photoelectric noise was effectively suppressed, and the signal-to-noise ratio was improved. The operation of the measurement system was totally controlled by a computer,the 16 bit A/D convert for the automatic data acquisition makes the resolution of photoelectric signals in this system as high as 65536 gray scales and makes the dynamic range of the intensity digital process enlarged. The measurement of the autocorrelation of the speckle intensities is thus made easy,convenient and accurate.
