Abstract采用液相共沉淀的方法制备了钆镓石榴石(GGG)的多晶原料,给出了液相合成GGG多晶料的工艺步骤及其条件。就组分Gd_2O_3和Ga_2O_3的配比,滴定氧化物溶解的混合溶液使其沉淀的pH值,共沉淀后烧结温度以及烧结时间等影响GGG多晶料合成的重点因素进行了讨论。通过和固相合成GGG多晶料的条件比较可知,液相合成GGG多晶原料的工艺具有合成的GGG多晶料均匀充分、合成温度低与烧结时间短等优点。

Other AbstractA gadolinium gallium garnet (Gd_3Ga_5O_(12), GGG) polycrystalline material was prepared by a liquid-phase co-deposited synthesis method. The optimized procedure and the conditions for preparing the GGG polycrystalline material by the liquid-phase method were reported. The effects of the compositional proportion of Gd_2O_3 and Ga_2O_3, pH value of titration, synthesis temperature and sintering time on preparing GGG polycrystalline powders were also discussed. By comparison with the preparation of GGG polycrystalline material by solid-state reaction process, the liquid-phase synthesis method possesses the merits of lower synthesis temperature and shorter sintering time. At the same time, the GGG polycrystalline material prepared by the liquid-phase co-deposited method has high uniformity and exact stoichiometric composition.
