| Abstract | 本文对新型非线性晶体CLBO的生长缺陷进行了分析研究。通过改革原料纯度，配料方法及生长工艺参数，消除了晶体中的缺陷，CLBO晶体的光学质量明显地得到改善。大大地提高了倍频转换效率。 |

| Other Abstract | The growth defects of the new nonlinear CLBO crystal are investigated and results are also discussed. The purity of raw and method of making up raw and growth technology are improved. So, the optical quality of CLBO crystal obtained improvement obviously. The good optical quality of CLBO crystal raises double frequency efficiency to a high level. |
