Abstract本文研究了提拉法和温梯法生长的YAG晶体在紫外-可见光-红外的吸收光谱,发现提拉法生长的YAG在255nm处产生弱吸收,而温梯法生长的晶体在该处不存在吸收峰。通过对YAG晶体荧光光谱及电子顺磁共振谱的测试和分析,认为提拉法的晶体在255nm处产生的弱吸收是由Fe~(3+)所引起的。

Other AbstractIn this paper, UV-VIS-IR absorption spectra were measured. The results show that CZ-grown YAG crystal has an absorption peak at 255nm,while the TGT-grown YAG crystal has not the absorption peak. By studying the fluorescence spectra and EPR spectra of YAG crystals, we conclude absorption peak of CZ-grown YAG crystal at 255nm was attributed to Fe~(3+) ions.
