Abstract本文介绍作者提出的基于晶体光学原理的三维光学系统微小化集成技术的进展,着重介绍光折变晶体的微系统单块集成技术,即在一块铌酸锂晶体中空间选择性地生成各种所需的局域全息光学元件或功能元件,讨论所发展的新的非挥发光折变全息的机理、材料、方法和应用,以及实现大规模光交换开关矩阵的可能。

Other AbstractIn this paper, the progress on the techniques of 3-D integration of optical systems based on crystal optics in author's Lab is given. The major development is the photorefractive integration, that is, to spatially - selectively assemble local holographic and functional optical components into a single block of crystal substrate to form an optical system. The corresponding photorefractive effects, materials, recording/fixing methods, applications as well as the possibility to construct DWDM switch - matrices are discussed.
