Abstract由LD抽运Nd-YLF固体激光器输出的单纵模调Q激光脉冲,脉宽约为85ns,经过快速LiNbO_3电光偏转器实现时空变换,用狭缝削取脉宽约为1ns的超短激光脉冲。导出激光束通过偏转器后扫描光线长度与加到偏转器上的快速电压脉冲变化率关系,并在实验中分别用MOS管和雪崩管高压电脉冲发生器取代价格昂贵的冷阴极管高压电脉冲发生器,获得激光脉冲宽度压缩约两个量级,且实现激光脉冲宽度可调。; An ultra-short pulse (~1 ns in width) was obtained by passing a single longitudinal mode Q-switched laser pulse (~85 ns in width) from a LD-pumped Nd:YLF solid state laser through a fast LiNbO_3 electro-optic deflector to realize spatial-temporal transform and chopping by a slit. The relationship of variation rate between the scan light beam length after passing through the deflector and the fast voltage pulse was derived. The laser pulse width was compressed by two orders of magnitude and the laser pulse width adjustment was realized by replacing the expensive cold cathode high voltage electric pulse generator with MOS tube and avalanche high voltage electric pulse generator.
