Abstract针对神光II功率平衡控制的要求 ,提出了一种精密测量主放大器角变反镜(AVM)衰减曲线的方法,并建立了一套计算机自动控制的测量装置,利用该装置达到了极限相对误差0.5%的测量精度。

Other AbstractAiming at power balance control in "Shenguang II", a means for precise attenuation measurement of angular variable mirror (AVM) used in main amplifiers are proposed, and a set of measurement equipment controlled by computer is established. Using this equipment, a limiting relative error 0.5% of measurement precision is achieved.
