Abstract测量了线性升温热处理后Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系统零膨胀微晶玻璃V02的性质变化。在一个较小的温度区间内,玻璃物理性质由于相变而出现显著变化。折射率增加175 * 10~(-4)、密度增加0.094 g/cm~3、热膨胀系数降低41 * 10~(-7)/℃、努普(Knoop)硬度增加18.6 MPa、线收缩达1.12%。短波区透射率随着热处理温度的升高先出现下降而后再次上升。实验结果为大尺寸微晶玻璃毛坯的晶化工艺过程提供有实用意义的建议。
Other AbstractThe physical properties of the Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system based zero-expansion glass ceramic of V02 have been measured during a linearly temperature raise. There is a significant change in a narrow temperature range for all physical properties caused by the phase transformation. The refractive index increases from 1.5258 to 1.5433. The density increases from 2.563 to 2.576 g/cm~3. The expansion coefficient decrease from 41.5 * 10~(-7)/℃ to near zero. The Knoop hardness increases from 57.8 MPa to 76.4 MPa. The total linear shrinkage is 1.12%. The optical transmission at short wavelength region decreases first and then increases with heat treatment temperature raise. Some useful points were suggested for controlled crystallization of large glass mirror blank.
